Polar were specified by Ryder Architecture and Carillion Construction to provide architectural glazing to the new building for North Shore Academy. The academy was created as a replacement for the former Blakeston and Norton schools. Located off Norton Road, Stockon-On-Tees, the academy opened it’s doors in early 2013, with more open-plan spaces that allowed for plenty of natural light and ventilation to help support the students learning environment.
