It was all things new for Polar at the Design In Mental Health Network Exhibition 2021 with a New Exhibition Stand, New Healthcare Window & New Healthcare Door. The exhibition spanned across 2 days from Tuesday 17th June until Wednesday 18th June with the awards taking place on the Tuesday evening.
It had been a long wait to return to the exhibition due to COVID, but one we were very excited for as we got to see our existing clients and meet new clients face-to-face. We had plenty of time to come up with ideas, design and manufacture our new exhibition stand in-house, allowing us to create a space that felt inviting.
We took inspiration from creating a calming environment, those very environments that are now being created for mental health facilities across the UK. The design incorporated open space to allow visitors the freedom to flow through our space and interact with the products from the inside and outside. We are very grateful to everyone who came to have a demonstration of our products, ask questions and in general a good chat face to face.
The new products we launched are our Humber™ Two Healthcare Window & the Derwent Secure Healthcare Door.
The Humber™ Two is our flagship product which has been redeveloped over the last 18 months. It now has smaller sightlines, allowing for increased light transmittance and increased airflow. We’ve kept all of the main features whilst improving the finer details, further increasing it’s levels of safety and security. The Derwent Secure aesthetically looks very similar to our Hamble Secure Healthcare Door. However the Derwent Secure is a heavy duty door solution which incorporates welded corners for increased strength.
